Actually Dieter was played by Peter Stormare. They look similar, I used to think they were the same guy, but Stormare plays those sort of bad guys more often.
Tim Roth is in Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, the bad guy in the latest hulk movie, and he was the start of that show "Lie to Me", which were all really cool.

Haha yes apparently I am. I hadn't made the connection between Dieter and Slippery Pete before.
