Though I know this is not technically pertaining to the game itself, it is pertinent as it relates directly to my involvement.

My application to Army Officers Candidate School has been accepted, and I have sworn in today. I am due to ship out on April 24, which means that my activity on the site will likely be dropping sharply in that time. Sorry about letting you guys know as late as this, but I didn't want to say anything until I was certain of how much time I had left.

Three Months in and I'm still alive. Hope all is well guys. I figure I can give you a status update. I've finished basic and have made it to OCS. In 12 weeks, if all goes well, I should be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant. In terms of my activity, I get access to my laptop here once a week, and sparingly throughout the week, so I will probably be able to at least keep up with everyone in your progress.

I'm reading over the current campaign now. I'll keep you appraised of my status.
