I know I've missed the beginning of the new mission, but is there still time to jump in to play Samantha Hall? If not, no worries, feel free to NPC her.

If I CAN get back in; are we doing a 'hard re-boot' where Sam has none of the experience from the previous missions and I should use the Sam Hall, version 1? Thanks and once again, my apologies for missing so much!

Of course you can still join! I am glad you showed up for the party. So far the reboot and the newbies has breathed new life into the game. But I hate to see so many old players go at once.

Yes it is a hard reboot, not one of our characters has ever heard of an alien. We are all essentially level one. We are also rebooting character creation to a new system, so don't bother making a character sheet

Uh......okay, what do I do for character creation then? (I'm guessing there's a thread to tell me what to do....I'll look for it )

For now you can either skip it or create one with the old system (if it helps you develop your character). Once the new character creation is finished you can create your character with it. Until then we will survive on a simple storyteller system that involves simple rolls for actions.
