Re: M1T19
" OK Cpl ", replied Erik, " If we're going back out the hole we made, I might be able to drop/collapse the surrounding walls to block any remaining pursuit or at least slow it down maybe " Erik listened to the Mercs sporadic rounds harmlessly detonating on the APC's armor. " Hey Morse, Your watching...

Re: M1T19
Erik kept an eye on the perimeter sensors just incase the Mercs were trying to flank them. He thought about firing a few more mortar rounds to pin and keep the Mercs heads down with some indirect fire but the front turret's seek and destroy routine seemed to be working at the moment and with the mai...

Re: M1T19
" Engaging heavies as ordered, Cpl Pitt " replied Erik. As he typed the firing sequence into the command terminal that he was at. The rockets left their tubes with a woosh and a slight rocking of the APC. He then checked his automated firing orders for the front turret. It seemed to be suppressing t...

Re: M1T19
Pvt Sturmhurst switched through the various sensors at his disposal to see through the screening smoke to find and fix targets. Using the forward turret to engage the foot soldiers as they tried to approach, sweeping left to right, firing short bursts from it to conserve ammo. He brought up the main...

Re: M1T18B (4th Squad APC)
Pvt Sturmhold double checked the firing solution and keyed the firing sequence. Waiting for the mortar to finish firing it's salvo before triggering the main turret to blow a hole for the other squads to escape through the wall. Erik aimed the front turret at the hole as a guard precaution just in c...

Re: M1T18B (4th Squad APC)
"Working on those orders Cpl Pitt, Lock with the main turret on the wall, readings indicate that no one is beyond it so collaterial damage should be minimial." "Also working using info from both trackers and Windrider's scope to trianglate a high arc firing solution for the mortars." Using a 15 rou...

Re: M1T18B (4th Squad APC)
" Nice driving, Speedy " Erik said kiddingly to Morse " But at least you got us here ". He searched through his sensor readings, sending out eletronic feelers to find any threats. " Cpl, what are we going to do about the wall? Should I blast us a door or do you want a more stealthy approach? or shou...

Re: M1T17B (4th Squad Apc crew)
Erik inserted a safety protocol into the command order lines for the forward turret that it would fix a target lock then track and notify him of the target to be engaged. He had the front turret sweeping it's full firing arc, back and forth repeating. With the back turret he had it swinging it's ful...

Re: M1T17B (4th Squad Apc crew)
As the APC got moving, Erik kept an eye on the rearveiw just in case someone wanted to try a pop up surprise attack. But he had to split his attention as he also scanned the path the APC was taking. He slaved the forward turret to the fire control comp with orders to fire on any movement detected th...

Re: M1T17B (4th Squad Apc crew)
Erik just stayed on the weapons console and got ready to move out. He kept a watch on the outside surrounding area and listened for any orders that concerned him. He kept all the weapons warmed up and ready to engage at a moment's notice any targets that presented themselves. He saw Morse sit down i...

Re: M1T17B (4th Squad Apc crew)
" Morse, you fire your weapon "? asked Erik of his friend. " You should top off on any spent ordinance ". "If they send me coordinates and if we're in range, I could drop a few surprises on those vehicles and that hostile group to maybe brake up their attack plan or at least delay them. Maybe give t...

Re: M1T17B (4th Squad Apc crew)
"Sure thing" replied Erik to his Squad Leader's command as he hit the button to release the locks on the doors. "Unlocked. Sounds like the other squads may be needing our help soon"
He kept up a scan on the surrounding environment for threats.

Re: M1T17B (4th Squad Apc crew)
"All clear as far as I can tell but I'm still being vigilent" Erik replied to Morse.
Erik was waiting on his Sqad Leader to make a decision on what they should do.

Re: M1T17B (4th Squad Apc crew)
" Did you hear that, Cpl Pitt ?" said Erik " Should we get ready to be their saving calvary or lend a hand ?" Erik continued to search the surrounding landscape for any contacts through the APC's detection equipment. He kept an eye on the monitors of his squad mates, to see where they were and what ...

Re: Absent GM has returned.
Glad you are safe and that no one in your unit got seriously injuried. I know how that can be as I was in the US military and got sent out during the L. A. Riots in the US a long time ago. Also before that the Virginia Beach Riots in the late 80's. Sry I hadn't heard about the riots in your country ...
