I would suggest number 2, to make it less confusing. so long as their name is something different it will be easy to see the difference.

Yeah I think so too. However another roster means double the work.

You could always give Morse the password and he can be incharge of keeping it up to date.

just thought id say, i ran boot camp for a few months and i think i was pretty good at keeping it within the plot.  i was keepin them doing pushups and stuff whereas some boot camp people were putting in aliens and stuff like that.  id be willing to help run it or join, cause i have a lot of experience.  i guess im the oldest player whos left other than Dugan, and not far behind him.

I'm a realist, a logical realist at that. I ran over the guide's and unlike alot a these people that join us these days, i rent through bootcamp. They'll have a bootcamp experience, and thats all they can expect.

You will have free reins, as long as we don't get two campaigns running - That could be a problem as I have a detailed and laid out plan for this campaign. My main intention with boot camp is to keep interest up for new players until we can offer them a position in the real game, but of course learning to play and getting the feel for the game is all important too.

Keep discussing different concepts however. I am certain Morse is grateful for any experience You are willing to share with him CPL Hicks.

You can check join dates in the members section.

This game has been going for and incredible 3½ years. Thats pretty solid - In comparison with other online text based RPG games it is stellar...

I started work on it mid 2005 and were ready for a server test around christmas 2005 - Initially I ran the whole site on a server in my closet! But as prices fell on online webservers I transitioned it to a new server in Denmark - But the join date on Tash and me are on the old closet server. Tash, by the way, I met on the original USCMPBEM ran by Chris deale back in 1995! I created the game to have something to put my mind on  when free from work as my mom was dying from cancer.

Time goes so fast.

Oh, thats life I guess. Still took a beating from it, on the plus side this game would never have existed without that horrible event so something good came out of it I guess.

I go back to the second mission of the very first campaign...

good times - I killed a suicide bomber by throwing a zippo lighter at his face ;-)

But I wasnt part of the original lineup, I discovered this place a tad too late for that (so I cant give myself props for being on the original lineup :-( )

I would offer to try my hand at GMing for a boot camp, but I fear my visits here aren't frequent enough to provide consumer satisfaction  ;D

Good times :-D

Actually, thinking about, you're the longest serving marine here aren't you?

Do you feel venerable?
