Thought this would be a good thread to post requests on what skills we want upgraded from the previous mission.

Nick, I'd like to increase my Leadership score if that's possible.

If not, then gun combat would work.

Also, a learning roll of 17.

Need to get Obi and Dirk in here.

After going through the active Marines here, this is the list I came up with:

Quinn: Already Stated
Maxvale: Already Stated
Dirk: Motion Tracker
Duncan: Awareness or Infiltration
Joseph Eichler: Infiltration or Power Loader Operation
Obi: Portable Welder or Infiltration
Rednus Chappel: His sheet needs some work, I can't see what is what on that thing.

With regards to learning/improving skills, can I only attempt to improve skills we used in the mission?

After getting into it quite well i'm kinda upset we don't have smartgunners but its a bit too late to repurpose now...

Hey Rascal, there's no "experience" per se. After the finish of a mission, you pick one skill that you want to train up. There's no guarantee that you'll get the improvement, because Nick rolls your "learning roll", which is your (Intelligence + Motivation) - 10 = Learning Roll. Then you have to roll at or underneath that number on a d100 (or percentile dice). If you succeed, your skill improves one step.

As you can see I have rolled all stated LRN rolls in this thread. If you got a success, edit your character sheet accordingly. If you failed, better luck next time.!

Yeah, it will take quite a while to level a character this way. Perhaps a learning chance on each succesful use of a skill?
